Mobility for Disables

disable people always lack smooth mobility. am i right? so why not join shoulder to help them in smooth mobility. i have started with this thread. why dont you all join me. here are some links that i have searched from the internet which helps in smooth mobility of disable people. check them out and also contribute some more information.
